The half-smoked product is a cross between raw and cooked smoked. It contains more moisture, so it should be stored at a temperature that does not exceed + 8 degrees.

It is best to keep such products in cool, well-ventilated places. The humidity should be up to 80%. If it was bought in vacuum packaging, then only when it is depressurized, it is worth putting it into paper.

The advantage of such a sausage is that you can independently prepare a semi-finished product for the future and freeze it for a short time. Do not store the product in the freezer for longer than 3 months. It is better to freeze separately, so that it is convenient to defrost.

Such products are stored much longer. Dry-cured products retain their properties up to 10 days, it should not be stored longer.

The process of making smoked meats consists in removing excess moisture from the meat. As a result, it increases the shelf life.

Least of all time smoked meat can be eaten smoked and half-smoked sausage - up to half a month. Uncooked smoked sausage sticks lie from 1 to 2 months. And if you freeze it, the shelf life of smoked sausage will get longer.

Dry sausages will last the longest, their shelf life varies from 2 to 3 months.
